Care & Use:
- For first time usage or subsequent disinfection of the board, mix one tablespoon of bleech per gallon of water, rinse the board with the mixture, wipe & dry the board.
- To remove odors, rinse the board and rub with coarse salt. Left the board to stand for several minutes before wiping and rinse clean.
- When the board is heavily scored, it needs to be resurfaced can be done by removing the most top layerof the cutting board.
- Keep the board away from high temperatures.
